Our espadrilles are completely handmade in the small village of Cervera del Rio Alhama, in the region of La Rioja, in northern Spain.
The traditional espadrille is flat, but responding to today’s fashion demand, our women’s espadrilles have evolved to new levels.  Thanks to fashion designers such as Yves St-Laurent and other, the modern espadrille has become an elegant and fashion item.
The models with high heel wraparound ankle tie are particularly elegant.  The cotton uppers come in a variety of basic colors, and also in striped and patterned fabric. 
Espadrilles are essential footwear for the summer, but are perfectly fitter to be worn all year round at home.
